What are the charges?
A shipping fee will be applied if your minimum purchase amount falls below $40. Orders above $40 will be entitled to free shipping.

Charges will be a flat rate of $4.50 and delivery will be within 1-3 working days.

Can I make any amendments of the shipping address
Amendment of the shipping address is not allowed once it is in process.

What if I did not receive my parcel?
​We will only make up to two re deliveries. Please ensure that your mobile number provided during ordering is accurate for Ninja Van to contact you. After two failed attempts, your package will be returned to us.

What skin types are TONYMOLY products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types with a variety of product lines that cater to even more specific needs. In each of our product page, we list key ingredients, full ingredient lists, and direction for use. But if you have any other additional questions, ask us on marketing@tonymoly.com.sg

Is the date on my product the expiration date or manufacture date?

All products on our site have the manufacturing date and the date is usually followed by the word "제조," which, in English, means "manufacture." If you are still unsure about the date on your product, feel free to contact us at ask us on marketing@tonymoly.com.sg

 It is generally recommended that the products be used within 3 years of manufacture. After opening, it is recommended to be used for 6~9 months for mascaras, moisture sticks, tints, perfume bars and 12~18 months for creams, lotions, cleansers, lipstick, lip gloss, body, and hair related products for best quality. And of course, for sheet masks you should use them immediately after open!

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not! We love animals as much as we love you and would never test any of our products on them.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in Korea! We source the highest quality ingredients from all over the world, including some global exclusive ingredients. And we develop innovative concoctions at our own R&D lab. We also have our own manufacturing facility, which allows us to deliver high quality products at an affordable price. We’ve been doing this for 10 years so I guess you can say we know what we’re doing when it comes to beauty.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Unfortunately, only one promo code will work during checkout. Offers advertised on site without a code will be automatically applied and can be used in conjunction with a separate promo code.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

What’s your return policy?

At tonymoly.com.sg, we offered a 7 day exchange policy upon receipt of order or product. If you return product(s) claiming they are defective, you must inform us in writing at ask us on support@tonymoly.com.sg within 7 working days upon receipt of product(s), and must also return the product(s) to us within 7 days upon receipt of Return Order No, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk.

For returns, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Product(s) must be in its original purchase condition which packaging must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, UNMARKED AND UNDEFACED in any manner.

  • Products(s) purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.

  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable

  • For change of mind or incorrect purchase, www.tonymoly.com.sg does not accept any return or refund request.

 

We will examine the returned goods and will notify you or your refund via e-mail within 14 days and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

  1. A refund to the PayPal or bank account that you originally used to make your payment, or

  2. 1 to 1 exchange (we will bear the cost of your return).

  3. A refund to you in e-coupon basis

 

Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.
 

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please reach out to support@tonymoly.com.sg with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return titled “Help Me Return!” and we'll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We are so sorry for that mistake! Please contact us at ask us on support@tonymoly.com.sg  and we’ll be sure to get you the correct products.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

We do not accept International credit cards.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Please check:

Card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Expiration date (card might be expired!)

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
