Shipping & Returns

LOCAL DELIVERY
Please contact us via support@tonymoly.com.sg for any amendment of delivery address, amendment of the shipping address is not allowed once it is in process. No refunds will be given for wrong details provided.

 

 

COLLECTION
Usually available for pick up within the day of processing unless there are complications with your order. Kindly wait for an email confirmation to be sent before heading down for collection, or email in upon making your order so we’ll see it and arrange to have your order rushed as soon as possible. Cut-off time for local orders is 11AM on a usual working day. Orders confirmed and paid after 11AM cannot be guaranteed to be processed and dispatched within the day.

 

 

DELAY
We seek your assistance to be patient during this period and check the tracking numbers provided for any movement. We will contact you directly should there be any delay with your delivery.

 

MISSED DELIVERY

We will only make up to two re-deliveries. Please ensure that your mobile number provided during ordering is accurate for us to contact you. After two failed attempts, your package will be returned to us.

 

Liability for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or SGD$100 per delivery item, whichever is lower. For increased insurance coverage, please contact us.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At tonymoly.com.sg, we offered a 7 day exchange policy upon receipt of order or product. If you return product(s) claiming they are defective, you must inform us in writing at support@tonymoly.com.sg within 7 working days upon receipt of product(s), and must also return the product(s) to us within 7 days upon receipt of Return Order No, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk.

For returns, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Product(s) must be in its original purchase condition which packaging must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, UNMARKED AND UNDEFACED in any manner.

  2. Products(s) purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.

  3. This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable

  4. For change of mind or incorrect purchase, www.tonymoly.com.sg does not accept any return or refund request.

 

We will examine the returned goods and will notify you or your refund via e-mail within 14 days and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

  1. A refund to the PayPal or bank account that you originally used to make your payment, or

  2. 1 to 1 exchange (we will bear the cost of your return).

  3. A refund to you in e-coupon basis

 

Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.
